Delivery Information
Important: Total delivery time = Dispatch time (order preparation) + Shipping time (courier delivery), as outlined below.
Dispatch Times:
- Non-personalised products: 1-2 working days
- Personalised products: 3-5 working days
Please note that "working days" exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times are calculated from the point of dispatch.

“Rush My Order” Option:
For faster processing, select this option for all products you wish to speed up.
- Non-personalised products: Dispatched within 24 hours
- Personalised products: Dispatched within 48 hours
Missed Deliveries:
If a delivery attempt is missed, please contact the courier to arrange a re-delivery within 14 days. Returned parcels are eligible for a refund of the product cost, excluding delivery charges.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:
Refunds for products will be processed minus any return fees. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
